Browsing Bliss Awaits You

It appears you're using Internet Explorer or an early version of Edge, which is a bit like watching a black-and-white TV with "rabbit ears." You're missing symmetry, joy and actual knowledge — not only here on my website but across the internet. I suggest you upgrade to Chrome or Firefox. You’ll discover a lot more nature, maybe even actual rabbit ears.

Forest Bathing by Moonlight

Thursday, March 12 7pm to 8pm at the Harris Center

It’s a beautiful night for a moon bath, with the stars up above in your eyes! Join Susie Spikol and Marilyn Wyzga for a series of peaceful, moonlit rambles across fields, along edges, and into the woods. Taking our cue from the Japanese Shinrin-yoku (“forest bathing”) practice, we’ll open our senses through gentle yoga poses, deep breathing, “coyote walking,” and quiet reflection.
